DiamondIQ (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the DiamondIQ lineup tool at diamondiqlineup.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: email address, password (stored securely by our authentication provider), optional display name, and account creation date.
• Team and lineup data: team names, player names, roster details, saved lineups, and related settings you enter in the app.
• Billing information: subscription status, trial dates, and plan details. Payment card numbers are collected and processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Device and usage data: basic technical information needed to operate the service, such as browser type and error logs. We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.

How we use information

• Provide and maintain your account, teams, rosters, and saved lineups.
• Sync your data across devices when you are signed in.
• Manage free trials, subscriptions, and billing through Stripe.
• Respond to support requests and improve the service.
• Protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.

Where data is stored

Account, team, and lineup data are stored with Supabase, our cloud database and authentication provider. Some information may also be cached locally in your browser so the app works offline or loads faster on your device. Billing is handled by Stripe.

Third-party services

• Supabase — account sign-in and cloud storage of teams and lineups.
• Stripe — subscription checkout and payment processing.
• Vercel — website and API hosting.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies and security practices.

Data retention

We keep your account and team data while your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to delete your data, we will remove or anonymize it within a reasonable time, except where we must retain information for legal, tax, or billing purposes.

Your choices

• You can update roster and lineup data inside the app at any time.
• You can cancel your subscription through Stripe or by contacting support.
• You can request access to or deletion of your account by emailing support@diamondiqlineup.com.

Children’s privacy

DiamondIQ is intended for coaches and adults managing youth baseball teams. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Player names and roster details are entered by account holders. If you believe a child has provided us personal information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on our database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above.
