Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of DiamondIQ at diamondiqlineup.com and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DiamondIQ helps youth baseball coaches build rosters, generate lineups, save teams, and export or share lineup cards. Lineup suggestions are tools to assist coaches; you remain responsible for final lineup decisions and compliance with your league rules.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.

3. Free trial

New accounts receive a 5-day free trial starting at account creation. During the trial, you may use the Service according to these Terms. After the trial ends, certain features (including lineup generation, saving new lineups, PDF export, and sharing lineups) require an active paid subscription.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Current pricing is shown at checkout (for example, $59/year or $9.99/month; prices may change with notice).
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.
• Promo codes may be offered from time to time. Each code is subject to its own terms and expiration limits set in Stripe.
• You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for applicable fees, taxes, and renewals.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; you will generally keep access until the end of your current paid billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. For billing help, contact support@diamondiqlineup.com.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the team, roster, and lineup information you enter. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that information solely to operate the Service for you. You represent that you have the right to enter any player or team information you submit.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable rules.
• Attempt to access another user’s account or our systems without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes others’ rights.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We try to keep DiamondIQ available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DIAMONDIQ DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT LINEUPS OR RECOMMENDATIONS WILL PRODUCE ANY SPECIFIC GAME RESULT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIAMONDIQ AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where DiamondIQ is operated, except where your local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
